Jeremy Ware is a Physician Assistant at Florida Orthopaedic Specialists. He assists our physicians in both surgical and clinical settings.
A native Floridian from Fort Pierce, Jeremy graduated from Lincoln Park Academy. Before completing his Physician Assistant training at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, he received his undergraduate degree at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Prior to his graduate studies, Jeremy worked as an Emergency Medical Technician in the local community.
Jeremy is a licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Florida and is certified by the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants. He is a fellow member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Academy of Physician Assistants.
